Dr. Christopher J. Watterson is a Research Fellow with the Foreign Policy and Defence Program at the United States Studies Centre, University of Sydney, and a Visiting Research Fellow at the Centre for Science and Security Studies, King’s College London. Chris has led open-source intelligence investigations into North Korean sanctions evasion; lectured on East Asian politics and nuclear non-proliferation; and published research on these topics in multiple academic and policy journals. He has presented his research to national government agencies in Europe, the Indo-Pacific, and the Americas, and to specialist agencies within the United Nations.
